I've spent part of today reading through parts of recent issues of The Paris Review.I really love this interview with a Tibetan monk. He's had a very dramatic life story, involving running away from Chinese Communists and living in exile in India. This would be great material for a movie.
I also enjoyed the discussion that Annie Prolux has with her interviewer about naming characters and the great outdoors. I would love to see what happens when someone combines her character's names with J.K. Rowling's. Something tells me they would be delightful.
Also, John Ashbury made collages? Cool.
